Our Fermentation Room can easily seat up to 40 people at traditional round tables tastefully decorated by you or us. Check out some examples in our photo gallery! TBW can also accomodate larger groups depending on the type of event and your needs. Prices include all tables, chairs and linens. Food and drinks are sold separately. We offer both in-house catering as well a list of preferred caterers and would be happy to help facilitate. Our staff have experience with everything from weddings and full plated dinners to "come and go" happy hour style events. 

The fermentation room is priced as follows:

• $350 for 2 hours ($175 each additional hour) for weekdays and a 6 Bottle minimum (Tuesday - Thursday)
• $550.00 for 2 hours (each additional hour) on weekends and a 6 Bottle minimum (Friday - Sunday
• 20% Gratuity applied to all parties
• $175.00 non refundable deposit applies - deposit goes towards total party cost

Additionally we have a patio that seats approximately 20 people which can also be rented for private events . The patio is priced as follows:

• $150.00 per hour all days of the week.
• $75.00 non refundable deposit applies - deposit goes toward the total party cost 

• 20% Gratuity applied to all parties
