Barbera
This red wine is light bodied, low in tannins and high in acid. It's very fruit forward with flavors of ripe red berries and plums. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature (65*). Decant 30 minutes prior to serving or pour using an aerator to enhance flavors. Pairs well with meats and earthy mushrooms or even dishes that include truffles or truffle oil.
